Shrimp & Veggie Power Bowl 🍤🥦🥔
Ingredients:
6–8 boiled shrimp
1 boiled egg (halved)
1 cup broccoli (steamed)
½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
½ cup corn
½ cup roasted potatoes
4–5 sausage slices
Salt, pepper & olive oil
Instructions:
1. Roast potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until golden.
2. Steam broccoli, boil shrimp and egg.
3. In a bowl, arrange all ingredients neatly.
4. Drizzle olive oil or light dressing.
