🍐 Tarte Bourdaloue (Pear & Almond Tart) 🥧
Classic Parisian pear tart with almond cream.
Ingredients:
• 3 poached pears (about 600 g)
• 250 g almond cream (frangipane)
• 1 sweet tart crust (about 250 g of dough)
• 50 g sliced almonds
• 50 g sugar
• 1 egg
• 50 g butter
Instructions:
1️⃣ Line tart pan with sweet crust dough. Blind bake 10 min.
2️⃣ Make frangipane: cream butter, sugar, egg, and ground almonds.
3️⃣ Spread filling into crust.
4️⃣ Slice pears, arrange on top.
5️⃣ Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
6️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden.
