🍪 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
🧈 1/2 cup melted butter
🍬 2 tbsp sugar
🍫 8 oz white chocolate, melted
🍶 3 (8 oz) cream cheese blocks, softened
🍬 1 cup sugar
🥚 3 eggs
🍦 1 tsp vanilla extract
🥛 1/2 cup sour cream
🍓 1/2 cup raspberry puree
🍬 2 tbsp sugar
👩🍳 Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix 🍪 crumbs, 🧈 butter, and 🍬 sugar; press into springform pan.
👩🍳 Beat 🥛 cream cheese and 🍬 sugar until smooth. Add 🥚 eggs one at a time, then stir in 🍫 melted white chocolate, 🍦 vanilla, and 🥛 sour cream.
👩🍳 Pour half the batter over crust, spoon 🍓 raspberry puree on top, swirl with a knife. Repeat with remaining batter and puree.
👩🍳 Bake 50–60 minutes until center is almost set. Turn off oven, let cool inside with door slightly open.
👩🍳 Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
