Cheesy Beef Quesadilla Stack
Recipe:
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (plus extra for melting)
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: salsa, sour cream for dipping
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
Add ground beef, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
Drain any excess fat. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Lay out a tortilla, add beef mixture, top with extra cheese, and cover with another tortilla.
Cook each side in a pan until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Slice into wedges and serve warm with salsa or sour cream.
