Ingredients:
• 500 g porcini mushrooms (fresh, sliced)
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice thickly.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
3️⃣ Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown.
