Ingredients:
⢠500 g porcini mushrooms (fresh, sliced)
⢠3 tbsp olive oil
⢠2 garlic cloves (minced)
⢠1 tbsp butter
⢠2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
⢠Salt, to taste
⢠Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1ď¸âŁ Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice thickly.
2ď¸âŁ Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
