A rustic French dessert with juicy pears baked in a light, custard-like batter. Simple, elegant, and delicious 🍐🍮.
Ingredients:
• 3 ripe pears, sliced
• 100 g flour
• 80 g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 250 ml milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Butter (for greasing)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with butter.
2️⃣ Arrange pear slices evenly in the dish.
3️⃣ Whisk flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and vanilla into a smooth batter.
4️⃣ Pour batter over the pears.
