Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Ingredients:

- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 16 oz)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce, plus extra for dipping
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle about 12x10 inches.
3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
5. Arrange the sliced pepperoni over the cheese.
6. Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
7. Cut the log into 12 equal pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
8. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
9. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
