🇮🇹 Frittura di Paranza (Mixed Fried Seafood)
A coastal classic with crispy golden shrimp, squid, and fish.
Ingredients
Shrimp: 1/2 lb (225 g), cleaned
Squid rings: 1/2 lb (225 g)
White fish fillets: 1/2 lb (225 g), cut into chunks
Flour: 1 cup (120 g), for dredging
Lemon: 1, cut into wedges
Oil: for deep frying
Salt: to taste
Parsley: chopped, for garnish
Instructions
1️⃣ Pat seafood dry with paper towels.
2️⃣ Lightly dredge shrimp, squid, and fish in flour.
3️⃣ Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry seafood in batches until golden.
4️⃣ Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
5️⃣ Season with salt and garnish with parsley.
6️⃣ Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
