A soft, airy cake dusted with powdered sugar – heavenly with coffee or tea!

📝 Ingredients:
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup potato starch
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 150g butter, softened
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Powdered sugar for dusting

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
2️⃣ Add melted butter and lemon zest.
3️⃣ Sift in flour, starch, and baking powder.
4️⃣ Pour into greased pan and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 35–40 minutes.
5️⃣ Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
