So easy Potato Salad
Recipe:
2 lbs Yukon Gold (sliced 1-inch)
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup sliced dill pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
In a large pot, boiled the slices of potatoes until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, add mayo, sour cream and mustard. Mix well. Add cooked potatoes, celery, green onions, parsley and dill pickles. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
