Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat.
3. Add the steak and cook to your desired level of doneness.
4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
7. Continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
8. Serve the steak with the garlic cream sauce drizzled on top.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
