**Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

**Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Prep Potatoes: Scrub clean, dry thoroughly, and poke a few holes with a fork.
3. Season: Rub with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
4. Bake: Place directly on the oven rack and bake for 45-60 minutes until skins are crispy and insides are fork-tender.
