Ingredients:

12 oz penne pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Begin by cooking the penne pasta in a large pot of salted water, following the instructions on the package. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside for later.
