🍪 Cantucci (Italian Almond Biscuits) 🌰
Crunchy, nutty and perfect for dipping in coffee or Vin Santo! 🇮🇹
🔥 Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup almonds (whole or chopped)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp baking powder
🥄 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and eggs into a dough. Add almonds.
3️⃣ Shape into logs, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 25 minutes.
4️⃣ Cool slightly, slice diagonally, then bake slices for another 10–15 min until golden.
