Ingredients:
Base:
A bed of fresh lettuce leaves 🥬
Toppings:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced 🍗
2 boiled eggs, sliced 🥚
1/2 avocado, sliced 🥑
1/2 cup sweet corn (steamed or canned) 🌽
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅
Seasoning:
Salt and black pepper to taste 🧂
Paprika or chili flakes (optional) 🌶️
Dressing:
2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒
1 tablespoon lemon juice 🍋
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Steps:
1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Grill or pan-sear for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Let it rest, then slice into strips.

Boil eggs to your preferred doneness (8 minutes for hard-boiled).
Peel and slice into rounds.
