π₯ Maple Bacon Glazed Chicken Bites π
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Β½ cup pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Β½ teaspoon smoked paprika
ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
Cook the bacon β In a pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove, crumble, and set aside.
Sear the chicken β In the same pan, add olive oil and cook chicken bites until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Make the glaze β In the same pan, melt butter, then stir in maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Coat the chicken β Return the chicken bites to the pan, tossing them in the glaze until well coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sticky.
Add bacon & serve β Stir in crumbled bacon, toss, and serve hot
