For the Chicken:
2 boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil

Β½ tsp black pepper

For the Sides:
1 cup broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1 cup canned or cooked corn
1 tsp olive oil (for sautΓ©ing)
Salt & pepper to taste

Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for about 5β6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice.
SautΓ© mushrooms and cherry tomatoes in olive oil for 4β5 minutes until soft and lightly browned. Season to taste.
Steam or blanch broccoli until tender but still crisp. Warm the corn briefly if needed.
