Fried zucchini with vegan ranch dipping sauce
2- zucchini sliced
Mix:
1 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c vegetable broth, mix
1/3 c water
1/2 cup Pablo bread crumbs
1/3 c nutritional yeast
Sprinkle Rosemary, oregano, sage (two shakes each)
Wet dip, dry dip
Fry 2-3 minutes per side, don’t use high heat. Zucchini is a quick cooker
