Hello everyone! Today I’m excited to share one of my favorite recipes that never fails to impress family and friends—Surf and Turf with Lobster, Shrimp, and Filet Mignon. This dish brings the best of the sea and land together for a truly memorable meal.

Ingredients:
2 filet mignon steaks (6-8 oz each), 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 lobster tails, split in half, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp garlic, minced, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional), 1 tsp lemon juice, 3 large russet potatoes, peeled & cubed, 3 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper.

Directions:
1. Prepare the Filet Mignon: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season steaks with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Sear steaks for 2 minutes per side. Add butter, baste for 1 minute, then transfer to the oven for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
2. Cook the Shrimp: Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for 2 minutes per side. Drizzle with lemon juice.
3. Broil the Lobster Tails: Preheat oven broiler. Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes. Brush over lobster tails and broil for 8-10 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice.
4. Make the Mashed Potatoes: Boil potatoes until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Mash with butter, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
5. Prepare the Mac & Cheese: Cook pasta, drain, and return to pot. Stir in butter, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper until creamy.
6. Cook the Creamy Broccoli: Steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes. Melt butter in a pan, add heavy cream and cheese. Stir in broccoli, salt, and pepper.
7. Assemble & Serve: Plate mashed potatoes and place filet mignon on top, garnished with shrimp. Add broiled lobster tail, shrimp, mac & cheese, and creamy broccoli. Serve warm and enjoy!
