Crab Bisque π¦π₯£

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups seafood stock (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Β½ cup tomato paste
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ΒΌ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. SautΓ© onion and garlic until soft.
2. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to remove the raw taste.
3. Slowly whisk in seafood stock, ensuring no lumps form.
4. Add tomato paste, heavy cream, Old Bay, and cayenne. Simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Gently stir in crab meat and heat through for 5 minutes.
6. Season to taste, garnish with chives, and serve hot! See less
