✨ Protein-Packed Tofu Bites

Ingredients:
- 1 block (14 ounces) extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed (400g)
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed (50g)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (20g)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, gently toss cubed tofu with soy sauce or tamari.
3. In a separate shallow dish, combine ground flaxseed, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Dredge each tofu cube in flaxseed mixture, pressing to coat all sides. Place on prepared baking sheet.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
