For the Garlic Shrimp:
400 g shrimp, peeled & deveined ๐ค
2 tbsp butter ๐ง
3 garlic cloves, minced ๐ง
1/2 tsp paprika ๐ถ
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) ๐ฅ
Salt & black pepper to taste ๐ง
Juice of 1/2 lemon ๐
For the Creamy Sauce:
200 ml heavy cream ๐ฅ
50 g Parmesan cheese, grated ๐ง
1 tsp Italian seasoning ๐ฟ
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped ๐ฑ
๐ฅ Instructions:
Cook the Pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Sautรฉ the Shrimp: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, shrimp, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2โ3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir and simmer for 2โ3 minutes until thickened.
Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss well to coat.
