Creamy Strawberry Shortcake Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup strawberry preserves or jam
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (plus extra for garnish)
Fresh strawberries and whole graham crackers for serving
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add in marshmallow creme and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
Stir in the chopped strawberries, strawberry preserves, and crushed graham crackers.
Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Before serving, top with additional whipped topping, crushed graham crackers, and fresh strawberries.
Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fresh fruit for dipping.
