Honey Jalapeño BBQ Ribs
Sticky, spicy, and sweet—these ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious.

Ingredients
For the Ribs:
• 2 racks pork ribs (baby back or St. Louis-style)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Honey Jalapeño BBQ Sauce:
• 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
• 1/3 cup honey
• 2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeded for less heat)
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions
1. Prep the Ribs:
• Remove the silver skin from the back of the ribs.
• Rub ribs with olive oil, then season with the brown sugar, spices, salt, and pepper mix.
• Let sit for at least 30 minutes (or refrigerate overnight for more flavor).
2. Bake the Ribs:
• Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
• Wrap ribs tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet.
• Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
3. Make the Sauce:
• In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, honey, jalapeños, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard, and chili flakes.
• Simmer over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
4. Finish the Ribs:
• Remove ribs from foil and brush generously with the honey jalapeño sauce.
• Grill or broil for 5–10 minutes, turning and basting until caramelized and sticky.
5. Serve:
• Slice between the bones and serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
