Cheesy Philly Steak Sub 🧀🥖

Ingredients:

1 hoagie roll

1/2 lb thinly sliced ribeye or ground beef

1/4 cup green bell pepper, sliced

1/4 cup onion, sliced

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Butter for toasting

Parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. In a pan, cook beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Add onions and bell peppers. Cook until tender.

3. Slice hoagie roll and lightly butter. Toast in a pan or oven until golden.

4. Fill roll with beef mixture, top with cheese.

5. Broil for 2–3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm!
