Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Cajun Pasta 🥩🍝🔥
Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
1.5 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
For the Creamy Cajun Pasta:
12 oz rotini pasta
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Cajun Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in the cream. Simmer and add Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add parmesan cheese, stir until melted and creamy.
Toss in the cooked pasta and coat well.
3. Cook the Steak Bites
Season steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steak and sear for 2–3 minutes on each side.
Lower heat, add butter and garlic. Toss the steak to coat in garlic butter.
4. Serve
Plate creamy pasta and top with hot, juicy steak bites.
Sprinkle with parsley for color and freshness.
