Delicious Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops🦞🦐
Ingredients:
- 4 lobster tails
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 12 scallops
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Start by heating a skillet over medium-high heat for a few minutes until it's hot.
2. Meanwhile, slice the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Season the exposed meat with salt, pepper, and paprika to add depth to the flavor.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet. Once melted, place the seasoned lobster tails cut side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn opaque and are fully cooked. Once done, remove the lobster and set it aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. After it has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until it becomes aromatic.
5. Introduce the scallops to the skillet, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Once the scallops are ready, bring back the cooked lobster into the skillet. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with freshly chopped parsley for added zest.
7. Serve immediately and savor the delightful garlic butter sauce that envelops both the lobster and scallops.
