Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

Ingredients:

8 ounces spaghetti
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil (for garnish, optional)
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Add the marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the bowl and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce mixture.
Pour the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
