Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup M&M's or candy-coated chocolates (Valentine’s or pastel colors work great)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir until a thick dough forms.
Gently fold in white chocolate chips and M&M's.
Scoop dough into 1 1/2 tablespoon-sized balls and place on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 9–11 minutes, or until edges are set and tops are slightly cracked.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Tips:
Press a few extra M&M’s on top of the dough balls before baking for a pretty finish.
Don’t overbake, cookies will continue to firm up as they cool.
