Classic Baked Cheesecake
Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup sour cream
Quick Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
4. Mix in sour cream until well combined. Pour over crust.
5. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until center is set but slightly jiggly.
6. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
