Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream 🍦🍪
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
4. Fold in the chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate chips.
5. Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
