Crockpot Cheesesteak Potato Casserole π½οΈπ₯π§π₯©
A comforting dish thatβs easy to make!
π Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained
- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
π Instructions
1. In a crockpot, layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom.
2. Layer half of the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper on top.
3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and half of the cheese.
4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
5. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the top.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.
7. Before serving, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and let it melt.
