Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
• 1 lb sirloin steak (cubed)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)

For the Alfredo Fettuccine:
• 8 oz fettuccine
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup grated parmesan
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook Pasta:
• Boil fettuccine until al dente, drain and set aside.
• In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Pour in cream and let simmer, then stir in parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in pasta.
2. Sear the Steak & Shrimp:
• Season steak cubes and shrimp with salt & pepper.
