ππCold Oreo Cheesecake ππ
Ingredients:
1 pack of Oreo cookies (approx. 30 units)
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of half cream (NestlΓ©)
1 cream cheese bar (190 g)
A vanilla extract drizzle
1 envelope of grenetine (7 g), previously hydrated and dissolved
1 1 bar of butter (90 g)
Preparation:
Cookie base:
Separate the filling of 20 Oreo cookies and crush the lids.
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter.
Press this mix into the bottom of a detachable mold. Refresh while making the stuffing.
Creamy filling:
Melts cream cheese, condensed milk, half cream, vanilla, cookie filling and dissolved grenetine.
Add 5 whole Oreos cookies and just *tap* the blender so they get crumbs.
Mounting:
Pour mix over biscuit base and Smash the remaining 5 cookies and sprinkle over them.
Refrigeration:
Keep it in the fridge for at least 6 hours, preferably all night.
