Honey Garlic Butter Roasted Carrots
Ingredients:
- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. First things first, let’s get the oven nice and toasty by preheating it to 400°F (200°C).
2. While the oven is warming up, grab a large bowl and mix together the melted butter, honey, and minced garlic. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to your liking.
3. Toss those carrot sticks into the bowl and give them a good stir until they're all happily coated with the sweet and savory mix.
4. Lay the carrots out in a single layer on a baking sheet—giving them room to roast and caramelize to perfection.
5. Pop them into the oven and let them roast for about 25-30 minutes. You’ll want to stir them around halfway through so they cook evenly and become beautifully tender and golden.
6. Once they’re done, feel free to sprinkle some fresh parsley on top if you’d like an extra pop of color. Then, serve them up and enjoy!
