Ingredients:
1 cup (100 g) quinoa.
2 cups (280 g) red lentils.
1 cup (250 ml) water.
Soak lentils and quinoa in cold water for 4 hours.
1/2 cups (60 g) psyllium husk.
Baking powder.
1/2 cups (125 ml) coconut milk.
