๐ Ingredients:
1 pack of small flour tortillas
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cups heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
ยฝ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (optional)
Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Make the taco shells:
Brush each tortilla lightly with melted butter. Fold them into taco shapes and bake at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 8โ10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Let them cool.
Prepare the cheesecake filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add in the heavy cream and vanilla, and continue beating until thick and creamy.
Assemble the tacos:
Carefully spoon the cheesecake filling into the cooled taco shells. Top with Fruity Pebbles and rainbow sprinkles (optional).
