Preheat & Line: Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
Mix Dry Ingredients: Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
2๏ธโฃ Whip Egg Whites:
Beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add ยผ cup sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
