Fried Pork Chops SO good I eat em for breakfast 🤤

1. Using a large cast iron skillet add enough Canola oil to deep fry, about 2-3 Cups. Oil temperature must reach 350° to fry & crisp thoroughly.
2. Rinse, pat dry about 4-6 bone in pork chops.
3. Place in Buttermilk for 15 minutes, refrigerated and covered.
4. In a bag add 1 cup flour, about 1 Tablespoon salt, pepper and paprika to taste and ⅛ tsp Cornstarch.
5. Once temperature reaches 350° in place chops in skillet and deep fry for 7-10 minutes depending on thickness. Only flip once!! *Check for browning underneath before flipping. When done internal temperature should reach 155°
6. Remove and drain on a brown paper bag, paper towels or in a metal coriander, let rest 3 minutes then serve.
