Gourmet Surf & Turf Pasta
Ingredients:

8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Directions:

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the steak slices, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Reduce heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Add the cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
Serve garnished with fresh basil.
