Russian Sauce
Ingredients:
• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup ketchup-style chili sauce
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• 1 tablespoon minced dill pickle
• ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon grated horseradish
• ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Combine the Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup-style chili sauce, and sour cream.
2. Add Flavorings:
Stir in chopped parsley, minced onion, minced dill pickle, fresh lemon juice, grated horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Mix Well:
Mix everything thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
4. Chill and Serve:
For best flavor, cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
