Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked white or black beans, mashed

- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¾ cup vegetable broth

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed beans, vital wheat gluten, and nutritional yeast.
2. Add soy sauce, tomato paste, olive oil, and all the spices. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
3. Gradually pour in the vegetable broth while kneading the mixture until it comes together into a firm dough.
4. Divide the dough into 4-6 equal portions and roll them into sausage shapes. Wrap each sausage tightly in aluminum foil, twisting the ends.
5. Steam the wrapped sausages for 30 minutes, then let them cool slightly.
6. Unwrap and use them in your favorite dishes, grilling or pan-frying them for additional flavor.
