Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
¼ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Croutons, for garnish
1 slice of bread, toasted (optional)
Instructions:
Grill the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing it into strips.
