🍕🇫🇷 Pissaladière
A savory tart from Nice topped with caramelized onions, anchovies, and black olives 🧅🫒.
Ingredients:
• 500 g pizza dough
• 6 onions, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 8 anchovy fillets
• 12 black olives
• Fresh thyme
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook onions slowly in olive oil until caramelized.
2️⃣ Roll out dough on a baking sheet.
3️⃣ Spread onions over dough, top with anchovies and olives.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with thyme.
5️⃣ Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
