Taco Ranch Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced olives, chopped green onions
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
3. Separate the crescent rolls into triangles and press them into the muffin tin to create cups.
4. Fill each crescent cup with a spoonful of the taco meat mixture.
5. Top each cup with a drizzle of Ranch dressing and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
6. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove from the oven and top with your favorite toppings.
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
