🍖🇫🇷 Terrine de Campagne
A rustic French country-style meat terrine, rich in flavor and perfect with pickles and bread 🥒🥖.
Ingredients:
• 500 g pork shoulder, minced
• 200 g chicken liver
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 eggs
• 100 ml cream
• Fresh herbs (thyme, parsley)
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix pork, liver, onion, garlic, eggs, cream, and herbs.
2️⃣ Season generously with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Pack mixture into a terrine mold.
4️⃣ Bake in a water bath at 160°C (320°F) for 1.5 hours.
5️⃣ Cool, refrigerate overnight, and serve with bread and pickles.
