Ingredients:
2 filet mignon steaks, cut into bite-sized cubes
8 sea scallops
6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear the steak bites for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ In the same skillet, add the scallops and shrimp, searing for 1–2 minutes per side until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Add remaining olive oil and butter to the skillet. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
4️⃣ Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Return the steak, scallops, and shrimp to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over.
6️⃣ Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
