Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients:
• 12 oz spaghetti
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sour cream
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional for topping)



Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
• Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.
• Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Meat Sauce:
• In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until meat is fully cooked and onions are soft.
• Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
• Stir in spaghetti sauce and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
3. Prepare Creamy Mixture:
• In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti with cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until pasta is well coated.
4. Assemble the Bake:
• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
• In a 9x13” baking dish, layer:
1. Cream cheese spaghetti mixture
2. Meat sauce
3. Mozzarella cheese on top
5. Bake:
• Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
• Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
6. Serve:
• Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
• Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
