🧀 Camembert Rôti (Baked Camembert)
A gooey, indulgent baked cheese appetizer.
Ingredients:
• 1 whole Camembert cheese (250 g, in wooden box if possible)
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 sprig fresh rosemary
• 1 clove garlic (sliced)
• 1 pinch black pepper
• 1 baguette (for serving)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Score the top of the Camembert and insert garlic slices.
3️⃣ Place cheese back in its box or a small baking dish.
4️⃣ Drizzle with honey and top with rosemary.
5️⃣ Bake for 15–20 minutes until melted and gooey inside.
6️⃣ Serve hot with torn baguette pieces.
