Shrimp Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, sauté shrimp and garlic until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
3. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
4. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
